This tool I found very effective for code review . It automates the code review process in very easy way
Just follow following steps to setup :
1. Download Sonar Project http://www.sonarsource.org/downloads/
2. Very easy documentation is available on the site to configure .
I have done setup with mySQL .. and simple configuration with Maven plugin to do code review of my projects .
